GO VIRAL PROJECT

LETTER OF INTRODUCTION TO PROSPECTIVE TEAM MEMBERS

From: Mr. ILA Brandt DeLany Founder, Creator & Executive Producer GO VIRAL Project

Dear Prospective Team Member:

Thank you for considering participation in the GO VIRAL Project.

This letter is intended to introduce you to the Project, explain the general nature of the opportunity, describe the process for becoming involved, and explain why certain information about the Project cannot be disclosed to you at this stage.

The name “GO VIRAL Project” is currently a working identifier. It is intentionally being used during the early development and recruitment process. The actual name of the Project, its creative concepts, video concepts, formats, scripts, production methods, development materials, online identities, accounts, channels, and other substantive information are not being disclosed before appropriate confidentiality protections are in place.

This is intentional.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

The GO VIRAL Project was created and is being developed under the leadership of Mr. ILA Brandt DeLany, Founder, Creator & Executive Producer.

Mr. DeLany is a Cognitive AI Strategist with a professional background in enterprise technology, solutions architecture, project leadership, Process Safety Management, risk management, and regulatory compliance for major international energy companies.

His professional experience includes managing and participating in complex technical and compliance projects, designing enterprise systems, leading project teams, developing project scope, schedules and budgets, working directly with management and executive leadership, conducting risk and compliance work, and implementing technology and operational systems in the United States and internationally.

Mr. DeLany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Technology from the University of Houston, Main Campus, College of Technology in 2001, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 3.96 GPA.

The GO VIRAL Project is being approached with the same expectation of planning, accountability, organization, risk management, and clearly defined responsibilities that would be expected in any serious professional undertaking.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The GO VIRAL Project is being developed as an original collaborative YouTube/media production.

This is the initial recruitment phase, during which the founding production team is being built from the ground up.

Initial participants are expected to begin primarily as on-camera talent, although participation will not necessarily be limited to appearing on camera.

The Project is intentionally being structured so that people with the appropriate abilities, interests, experience, and commitment may eventually have opportunities to participate in additional aspects of development and production.

Those additional areas may include creative development, planning, brainstorming, writing, performance, production, technical activities, marketing, audience development, and other functions as the Project develops.

Participation in any additional area is not automatic and does not expand a participant’s responsibilities merely by implication.

Any broader role or additional responsibilities will be discussed and defined through the applicable role description, Project documentation, or written agreement.

The chemistry among participants will be important.

Team members will also be encouraged to contribute ideas after the appropriate confidentiality, intellectual-property, work-product, and other required agreements have been executed.

The Project is intended to benefit from the personalities, perspectives, abilities, creativity, and natural chemistry of the people involved.

EXPERIENCE AND INITIAL EVALUATION

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Prior experience in YouTube, video production, content creation, acting, writing, editing, or related fields is not required.

We are looking for the right people, including people who may have never done anything like this before.

This project is intended to be fun, creative, collaborative, and something the team builds together, rather than a conventional job application where someone needs a résumé full of relevant professional experience.

Prospective participants should be prepared to discuss and, where appropriate, demonstrate relevant experience, abilities, interests, skills, previous work, or other qualifications they believe could benefit the Project.

Prior professional entertainment experience is not necessarily the only consideration.

Reliability, personality, creativity, chemistry, judgment, ability to follow direction, willingness to contribute, and the ability to work effectively with others may be equally important.

Prospective participants may provide information about their background, qualifications, experience, skills, availability, and relevant existing public work.

However, prospective participants must not submit or disclose creative material for possible use in the GO VIRAL Project before the required confidentiality and intellectual-property protections are in place.

This prohibition applies to all forms of communication and disclosure, including email, text messages, social media messages, web forms, telephone calls, video calls, meetings, conversations, demonstrations, documents, recordings, links, or in-person discussions.

Before the required agreements are executed, prospective participants must not submit, send, describe, pitch, demonstrate, discuss, or otherwise disclose proposed:

  • video ideas;
  • scripts;
  • characters;
  • jokes;
  • recurring bits;
  • episode concepts;
  • formats;
  • story concepts;
  • production concepts;
  • creative mechanisms;
  • names or titles;
  • original dialogue;
  • written materials;
  • creative treatments;
  • or other creative material intended or proposed for possible use in the GO VIRAL Project.

Prospective participants may discuss their existing experience and qualifications, but Project-specific creative contributions must wait until the required agreements have been executed.

Before continuing participation is offered, prospective team members may later be asked to participate in one or more rehearsals, chemistry tests, development sessions, script exercises, test recordings, or similar evaluation activities.

Those activities will occur only after the required confidentiality, intellectual-property, work-product, and other applicable agreements have been executed.

Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement does not mean that you have been accepted as a member of the GO VIRAL Project.

It permits confidential discussions to begin.

WE VALUE DIVERSITY

We value diversity and believe that different backgrounds, life experiences, perspectives, personalities, relationships, beliefs, senses of humor, and points of view can make the GO VIRAL Project stronger, more interesting, and more entertaining.

LGBTQ+ applicants are explicitly welcome. People of all genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, religions, faiths, beliefs, backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life are welcome. Religious and nonreligious applicants are equally welcome. We are not looking for everyone on the team to think alike, live alike, believe alike, or come from the same kind of background. Different perspectives may create opportunities for better conversations, better ideas, better comedy, and more interesting content.

We are initially looking for two participants, but there is absolutely no predetermined formula for who those two people need to be.

You may apply individually or as a pair.

The two people ultimately selected could be two individuals who have never met before and who we believe would work well together. They could also be two people who already know each other and bring an existing relationship, history, rhythm, or natural chemistry to the Project.

That pair could be a husband and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, two husbands, two wives, two boyfriends, two girlfriends, LGBTQ+ couple, straight couple, married couple, unmarried couple, partners, twins, brothers, sisters, brother and sister, longtime school friends, best friends, roommates, coworkers, mother and adult daughter, father and adult son, mother and adult son, father and adult daughter, or another combination of two people who already have a natural connection and chemistry together.

Those examples are not limitations. They are examples intended to show how open we are to different combinations of people.

If you know someone and the two of you have the kind of chemistry where people enjoy watching you interact, argue, laugh, tell stories, tease each other, solve problems, create things, or simply be yourselves together, we are interested in hearing from you.

You also do not need to find someone else in order to apply. Individual applicants are fully welcome. Two people who apply separately may ultimately be selected and paired together if we believe their personalities and abilities complement each other.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.

Prior experience in YouTube, video production, content creation, acting, writing, editing, entertainment, or related fields is not required. Someone who has never done anything like this before may be exactly the right person for the Project.

This is intended to be fun, creative, collaborative, and something the team builds together. We are interested in the people themselves—not simply résumés, credentials, professional titles, or previous entertainment experience.

What matters is personality, chemistry, creativity, reliability, willingness to learn, willingness to participate, follow-through, and the potential to help build something genuinely entertaining together.

THIS COULD BECOME YOUR SNL MOMENT.

PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS

This Project requires active participation.

Once regular production begins, participants should anticipate approximately three to five hours per week of production time, depending upon the needs of the Project.

During initial development, participants should also anticipate spending approximately a comparable amount of time thinking, planning, brainstorming, developing material, communicating with the team, and helping prepare the Project for production.

These time estimates reflect the Project’s current planning expectations.

They are not a guaranteed schedule, guaranteed minimum number of hours, guaranteed amount of activity, or promise of any particular amount of work.

Actual participation requirements will depend upon the participant’s role, the stage of development, production needs, and the applicable agreements governing that participant’s involvement.

Those requirements may change or increase as the Project develops.

The Project is not being assembled simply to create a list of people who can call themselves team members.

Team membership carries an expectation of meaningful participation.

People who repeatedly fail to participate, communicate, meet agreed responsibilities, or contribute to the work of the Project should not expect to retain an active position indefinitely.

At the same time, the Project recognizes that people have lives, responsibilities, emergencies, employment, families, and changing circumstances. The objective is reasonable accountability and dependable participation—not unnecessary rigidity.

AGE AND LOCATION

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

The initial Project is being developed in the Spring/The Woodlands, Texas area.

As a general guideline, prospective participants should live within approximately one hour of the Project’s working home base or be independently able and willing to meet the Project’s production requirements.

The precise home base has not necessarily been permanently established.

Production and development locations may evolve as the team develops.

No applicant or participant should assume that participation requires them to provide their personal residence, property, equipment, vehicle, technology, production resources, or other personal assets.

If the Project later wishes to use a participant’s location, property, equipment, or other personal resource, that arrangement will be addressed separately as appropriate to the particular circumstances.

Voluntarily identifying or offering a potentially useful location or resource does not automatically create an ongoing obligation to provide it.

THIS IS CURRENTLY AN UNPAID DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY

Participation in the initial development and production of the GO VIRAL Project is not paid employment.

No salary, hourly wage, appearance fee, or other guaranteed compensation is being offered merely for joining or participating in the initial Project.

That fact should be understood before anyone proceeds.

The potential value of participation is instead tied to the opportunity to help develop an original media project intended to achieve substantial audience reach.

If successful, participation may provide significant exposure for the people involved and may create opportunities for participants to build recognition, develop their on-camera presence, grow their own audiences, and—subject to Project approval and applicable agreements—promote their own personal brands, businesses, products, services, professional activities, or causes.

Participants may also gain useful recorded material featuring themselves, increased cross-platform exposure, networking opportunities, and opportunities that may arise independently from increased visibility, including collaborations, partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, clients, interviews, or media attention.

There is also the possibility that a successful Project may eventually generate revenue and create opportunities for financial participation under future written agreements governing monetization.

However, none of those outcomes is guaranteed.

The GO VIRAL Project does not promise that any video will become viral instantly or without substantial work, promotion, distribution, audience development, testing, refinement, and continued effort. Virality is not being treated as something that simply happens upon publication.

The Project is being developed specifically with the objective of creating highly shareable content capable of achieving substantial audience reach and then actively working to maximize that potential.

No particular audience size, timeframe, revenue level, or financial result can be guaranteed.

The opportunity is to participate in the deliberate effort to build, produce, promote, and grow the Project toward those objectives.

Nothing in this Letter of Introduction creates any present or future entitlement to compensation, financial participation, revenue, profits, distributions, royalties, equity, ownership, or other monetary benefit.

This letter establishes no financial formula, percentage, threshold, trigger, participation interest, ownership interest, or promise that compensation or financial participation will later be offered.

Any future financial rights or monetization participation will exist only if and when they are established through definitive written agreements governing those rights.

And there is another fundamental objective:

This should be fun. Very fun.

The GO VIRAL Project is intended to be the kind of creative experience that people genuinely look forward to participating in. The chemistry, laughter, energy, personalities, relationships, and enjoyment among the people involved are not incidental to the Project—they are part of what should make the production work.

The goal is to create an environment where the planning, rehearsing, performing, filming, experimenting, and creating are so enjoyable that participation does not ordinarily feel like work.

That expectation does not disappear if the Project becomes successful or monetized.

If the Project eventually reaches the point where participants are receiving financial compensation or other monetary benefits, it should still be fun.

Success should not transform an enjoyable creative collaboration into something people dread showing up for.

There will still be responsibilities, commitments, schedules, disagreements, difficult production days, and work that simply has to get done. Being fun does not mean being unreliable or unprofessional.

It means that the Project should remain a place where talented people enjoy creating together—and where that genuine enjoyment and chemistry can ultimately be seen by the audience.

WHY CONFIDENTIALITY IS REQUIRED

Original media projects can lose substantial value when concepts, formats, scripts, names, production approaches, development materials, or other creative information are disclosed prematurely.

For that reason, substantive information concerning the GO VIRAL Project will not be disclosed until an appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) has been reviewed and signed.

The NDA is not intended simply to protect Mr. DeLany.

It is intended to protect the Project itself and the people working within it.

Once a team begins collaborating, confidential information may include Project information, production information, scripts, recordings, unreleased material, internal communications, business plans, technical information, personal information, and confidential contributions or discussions involving other team members.

Everyone participating in the Project should be able to work with a reasonable expectation that confidential Project discussions and materials will not simply be disclosed outside the team.

The NDA establishes that foundation.

THE NDA IS ONLY THE FIRST AGREEMENT

The NDA should not be confused with a complete participation agreement.

Signing the NDA allows the parties to move into confidential discussions so that considerably more information about the Project can be disclosed.

If both sides remain interested after those discussions, additional agreements and documents will be required before substantive creative or production work begins.

Depending upon the participant’s role and circumstances, those documents may address matters including:

  • participation and collaboration;
  • intellectual property and ownership;
  • work product created for the Project;
  • creative contributions and submitted ideas;
  • appearance, likeness, name, screen name, image and voice rights;
  • recording and media rights;
  • Project-created content;
  • confidentiality obligations continuing beyond the initial NDA;
  • Project policies and procedures;
  • information security and access to Project systems;
  • social-media and public-communications requirements;
  • third-party copyrighted or licensed materials;
  • use of AI-generated or AI-assisted materials;
  • conflicts of interest;
  • participant responsibilities and expectations;
  • individual roles and scopes of responsibility;
  • decision-making and Project governance;
  • dispute-resolution procedures;
  • disciplinary and removal procedures;
  • voluntary departure from the Project;
  • offboarding and return or deletion of Project materials;
  • continuing protective obligations after departure;
  • potential future monetization and financial participation, where applicable; and
  • any additional releases, acknowledgments, agreements, or other documents required for a particular participant or role.

Not every document will necessarily apply to every participant.

However, no substantive creative work, brainstorming, rehearsal, chemistry testing, test recording, script development, production work, or other activity capable of generating Project intellectual property will begin until the required agreements governing that activity have been executed.

This protects everyone by establishing the rules before valuable work is created rather than arguing about ownership afterward.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The GO VIRAL Project originates from concepts, materials, planning, development work, and intellectual property created by Mr. ILA Brandt DeLany before prospective team members become involved.

Those pre-existing rights remain the property of Mr. DeLany and are not offered for shared ownership merely because someone joins or contributes to the Project.

Participants are encouraged and expected to contribute creatively after all required agreements have been executed.

Ideas may later develop through brainstorming, planning, rehearsals, scripts, performances, natural interactions, chemistry between participants, production experiences, and other collaborative activities.

Participants may not introduce independently owned creative intellectual property into the GO VIRAL Project for use as separately owned participant intellectual property.

Creative material contributed to, developed for, incorporated into, or created in connection with the Project will be governed by the applicable Project intellectual-property and work-product agreements and, as provided by those agreements, will constitute Project Intellectual Property owned by Mr. ILA Brandt DeLany.

If a prospective or current participant has independently owned intellectual property that they wish to retain as their own, they must not introduce, contribute, incorporate, submit, develop it into, or use it as part of the GO VIRAL Project.

There will be no implied licenses, informal ownership arrangements, assumed joint ownership, or undefined division of rights between a participant and the Project.

For purposes of Project participation:

Either the creative material becomes Project Intellectual Property under the governing agreements, or it does not enter the Project.

PROJECT LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

The GO VIRAL Project was created by Mr. DeLany and remains under his ownership and executive leadership.

A strong production also depends upon people being able to contribute ideas, disagree respectfully, identify problems, challenge assumptions, improve material, and bring their own abilities and perspectives to the work.

The Project is therefore intended to operate collaboratively while maintaining clear executive ownership and authority.

Team participation, consultation, recommendations, and voting procedures may become part of the Project’s internal decision-making structure as those procedures are formally established.

However, receiving this letter, completing an interest form, signing an NDA, participating in confidential discussions, or being considered for participation does not create any voting, governance, approval, management, ownership, or decision-making rights.

Any such rights or procedures exist only if and as they are established by the applicable written Project agreements and policies.

Mr. DeLany, as Founder, Creator & Executive Producer, retains ultimate executive authority and Founder veto authority, particularly during the Project’s pre-monetization development stage.

That authority does not mean established written agreements, procedures, responsibilities, or obligations are meaningless or optional.

The Project is intended to operate through clearly defined rules and agreements, and those established obligations and procedures apply to the Founder as well as other participants.

The Project will also establish fair and equitable dispute-resolution procedures.

The purpose of dispute resolution is not simply to determine who wins an argument.

A talented and productive team member can be extremely valuable to a developing production. Whenever reasonably possible, disputes should therefore be addressed in a manner designed to solve the underlying problem, protect the Project, and preserve productive working relationships.

If the Project becomes monetized, additional procedures may apply to disputes involving financial rights or monetized interests, potentially including independent mediation, arbitration, or other procedures established by the applicable written agreements.

LEAVING OR REMOVAL FROM THE PROJECT

Participation in the GO VIRAL Project does not create permanent or continuing rights.

If a participant voluntarily leaves the Project or is removed from the Project, all of that participant’s rights arising from participation in the Project end upon departure or removal.

A departing or removed participant retains no continuing ownership, financial, governance, approval, access, participation, or other rights in the GO VIRAL Project or its future activities.

All Project Intellectual Property and Project-created material developed, contributed, incorporated, or created under the governing Project agreements remain owned by Mr. ILA Brandt DeLany following the participant’s departure or removal.

A departing or removed participant may not take, retain, use, exploit, disclose, distribute, continue developing, or claim ownership of Project Intellectual Property or confidential or proprietary Project materials.

Upon departure or removal, Project property, files, recordings, credentials, access permissions, documents, copies, and other Project materials in the participant’s possession or control must be returned, transferred, surrendered, or permanently deleted as required.

Departure or removal does not terminate obligations intended to survive participation, including confidentiality, protection of Project Intellectual Property, restrictions concerning Project materials and information, return or deletion requirements, and other continuing protective obligations.

Leaving the GO VIRAL Project means leaving the Project and its rights, materials, opportunities, and future benefits behind. There are no continuing participant rights after departure or removal.

The detailed legal provisions governing departure, removal, continuing obligations, Project Intellectual Property, financial rights, access, credits, and related matters will be contained in the applicable binding agreements.

THE PROSPECTIVE TEAM MEMBER INTEREST FORM

Prospective participants who wish to continue after reviewing this letter will be asked to complete the official GO VIRAL Project Prospective Team Member Interest Form.

The form serves as the Project’s centralized pre-NDA recruitment intake process.

Applicants should use the form rather than sending scattered recruitment responses through multiple email accounts, text messages, social-media platforms, or other communication channels.

The form may request limited information relevant to evaluating basic eligibility and potential fit, including:

  • contact information;
  • confirmation that the applicant is at least 18 years old;
  • general location;
  • availability;
  • relevant experience and skills;
  • and links to existing public work or portfolio materials where applicable.

The Project intends to collect only information reasonably relevant to the recruitment and evaluation process at this stage.

The Interest Form will also repeat the requirement that applicants must not submit creative ideas, concepts, scripts, characters, jokes, formats, pitches, or other proposed Project material before the required agreements have been executed.

Completion of the Interest Form does not guarantee:

  • a response from the Project;
  • receipt of an NDA;
  • an interview;
  • a meeting;
  • an evaluation session;
  • access to confidential Project information;
  • selection;
  • or participation in the GO VIRAL Project.

Applications will be reviewed as recruitment proceeds.

The Project does not promise a particular response or review timeframe.

YOUR DECISION

You are not expected to make an immediate decision after receiving this letter.

If you decide that you would like to continue, the next step is to complete the official GO VIRAL Project Prospective Team Member Interest Form.

After reviewing submitted information, the Project may invite selected prospective participants to review the GO VIRAL Project Non-Disclosure Agreement.

You are encouraged to read the NDA carefully and obtain independent advice about it if you choose.

You are under no obligation to sign it.

If you do sign it, confidential discussions concerning the Project may then begin.

Signing the NDA itself does not guarantee selection.

It simply permits the recruitment process to move into the confidential stage.

If, after learning more about the Project under confidentiality, both you and the Project believe there is a good fit, we can then discuss your potential role, the additional agreements required, and whether we should move forward together.

Sincerely,

Mr. ILA Brandt DeLany Founder, Creator & Executive Producer GO VIRAL Project
